Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Katie Van Slyke gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply download, print, and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
